This delicious coffee hails from the slopes of Costa Ricas Talamanca Mountain range. It has a sweet profile that’s sure to please the palette. The Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) is a denser coffee bean that matures slower and takes in more nutrients and sugars. This coffee has notes of milk chocolate, dark berries and citrus. 

Preferably roasted Medium to dark. A lighter roast would be nice as well, but expect the citrus acidity to brighten up the cup.
